Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Stint app. By using Stint, you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your download from the App Store; where it and these terms overlap, the stricter protection for you applies.

Licence

Stint grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use, in line with the App Store terms. You may not resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the app.

Subscriptions

• Stint Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: a 3-day free trial, then $3.99 per month or $23.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown before you buy).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, or in the app under Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The core of Stint is free and stays free. Pro adds features only.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Not medical advice

Stint estimates sleep and free time from the information you give it, to help you plan. It is not medical, health, or clinical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or make any health claim. Its sleep and pay figures are estimates. Always use your own judgement for decisions about your health, work, or finances.

Your content

Your schedule and other data are yours and stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your device and any backups safe.

The app is provided "as is"

Stint is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that its estimates will match reality. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
